Establishing a community governance for the OASIS coupler was discussed during the IS-ENES2 EU project and set it up under the ESiWACE Center of Excellence umbrella.
It is composed of 3 main groups, a Developer Team, a User Group (gathering all people having at least dowloaded the coupler sources) an Advisory Board. More details can be found in this document and this IS-ENES deliverable.
